If paying attention or being constantly in a need to move is a state you are in, there is a chance you are affected by attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). ADHD makes it difficult for a person to concentrate and stay in control in terms of their behavior. He or she may also be restless and in a need to be constantly active. Though the symptoms of ADHD begin in childhood, it is not just a childhood disorder. It can continue through adolescence and adulthood as well. It is a chronic disease and can last through years or in some cases, the lifetime. A few symptoms of ADHD:
  •        Fidgeting while seated
  •        Moving around where attention is required
  •        Restlessness/ Anxiety
  •        Talking nonstop
  •        Being in a hurry to answer and talk
  •        Feeling troubled while waiting for his or her turn
  •        Interrupting or intruding on another
Treatment for ADHD: There are currently no cures available for ADHD but a few treatments help reduce the symptoms. These include:
