Her everyday schedule includes a combination of strength training, dancing, yoga, meditation, gratitude practices, and nutritionally balanced food. She has had no wheat, sugar, dairy, or meat for the past 5 years, and is mostly grain-free. A 45-year-old mother of two teenage boys, she maintains her ideal weight, is wrinkle and grey hair free, and full of positive energy.
