  • At least 5 portions of fruits or veggies in a day are essential to keep the energy levels steady
  • Actively include carbohydrates in your diet such as small servings of pasta, potatoes or rice
  • Don’t forget to substitute your dairy products with vegan alternatives such as soy drinks and pulses. 
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
