Its benefits include improved blood circulation, calming of nerves, strengthening joints, bones and muscles, nourishment of entire body, improved sleep and increased stamina. This bolus is dipped in cow’s milk and a herbal paste made of kurunthothhi. Four such boluses are made and tied up in linen bags.
