Meditating is a great way of taking a break from the chaos and finding a way to center and calm ourselves. While there are many simple ways of meditating, a lot of us struggle with meditating. Blame it on our monkey minds, or simply inexperience, but we all sometimes need a little help in helping find the balance and calm required for meditating.
