The key is to practice mindfulness, observe one’s thoughts and to be self aware. When you identify with the vibration or the thoughts/opinions of others, then your vibration goes lower. Generally, we see that there is a lot of worry and anxiety around us. If you keep identifying with it, then your vibration will become low. However, through mindfulness you can connect with the source consciousness within you and raise your vibration.
Observe your thoughts
When you just observe your thoughts and let it pass, you realise that you are not your thoughts, instead you are love and consciousness. When you realise that you are the sacred consciousness, then your vibration is higher, since you dive into the core of your divine self.
How to be mindful throughout the day?
Even if negative thoughts come, it is okay. Let it pass through the field of your consciousness and do not absorb them.
Whenever you have a worrying thought, if you inquire from where have you absorbed it or is it your own creation, then you can slowly start realizing that you are not your thoughts but your sacred consciousness. One does not have to necessarily sit for meditation in order to practice inquiry. Do not cling to any thought. One should stick to his/ her core consciousness and let the thoughts and your identities fall away.
Stay away from negativity
Even while you are watching television, you consciously associate with those thoughts and you tend to absorb it. Do not watch soap operas. Instead watch positive programmes on television like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s meditation, Mooji on YouTube, sessions by Sadhguru, etc.
Meditation is recommended because you establish the tranquility within you. Once your morning is set with meditation, your day is set. Meditation helps you realize that you are beyond your body and thoughts. One can even meditate while eating.
Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way.
