Hello!

I am a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. I specialize in plant-based nutrition and cooking with a special emphasis on Gut Health. I have 30 years of training in Iyengar Yoga and am deeply devoted to the study and practice of healing through the elements of nature.
I integrate all my learnings into my nutrition and coaching sessions.

My personal experience of curing my gut (which had escalated to acidity, sinus, allergies, low immunity, joint pains and borderline piles) through shifts in diet and lifestyle gave me a clear mission – to simplify natural living for better health.
I live in Dehradun and travel to Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Goa to conduct workshops, consults and retreats.

I have an online cookery show on #famefoods by the name of ‘ Healthy Vegan Cooking with Bhavna Kapoor.’
I have also hosted a health show on India’s no. 1 radio channel Radio 1 (Mumbai).

I am a writer, photographer, mountaineer and a student of Buddhist philosophy.
