I have been a humble practitioner of yoga since 2007 and with the blessings of my guru, I quit my software development job and moved to teach yoga full time. I have all the necessary certifications plus I have also led the class for Indian Air Force on the international yoga day. My goal is to work towards the client’s requirement by giving them a chance to experience a way better life by winning over their physical and mental limitations set by the society and the self.
I am internationally certified by the yoga alliance USA in hatha yoga and PRENATAL yoga. I Am also certified by the S-VYASA, whose dean Nagendra Guruji is one of the personal yoga guru for narendra Modi, the honourable prime minister.
The yoga I Teach is very orthodox and conventional which includes, asanas, Pranamayama and other Pratyahara and samyama practices.
