Deepti has completed one year post graduate diploma in Yoga Education 500 HRS from Kaivalayadham and also completed eRYT 200 HRS, one-month TTC from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Though I started practicing Yoga for myself few years back, which became my necessity now since 5 years. After deep understanding, how Yog can do wonders for an individual’s mind and body, I want to spread this knowledge and happiness with others. S

Yoga is one of the great tools for today’s generation – kids who practice various physical postures and pranayama along with breathing techniques – have more balance and focused in their studies. Yoga also helps to all the women, at every stage of their life, i.e., Menarche, pre-pregnancy period, prenatal, postnatal, pre-menopause and Menopause. Yoga not only teaches us management of various issues of our life i.e., stress, anger, time, rather it also helps us to channelize and synchronize our life with these issues.
