Hemanth Hegde

Hemanth Hegde has been trained from Isha Hatha Yoga School under the guidance of yoga guru Shri Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and has been imparting yoga past 7yrs.
He teaches Classical Hatha yoga in its purest form to experience transformative benefits in the body, mind and inner dimensions.

The Training included an in-depth knowledge and scientific understanding of how yoga affects the various system in the Human Body, Mental body and most importantly the Energy body.

He has also trained under yoga guru(Himalayan Master) Dr.Bharath Thakur before taking indiviudual classes,Group sessions and corporate workshops for Bharath Thakur artistic yoga.
Hemanth Hegde has been brought up on yoga.Literally. He learnt yoga the way other kids learn to spell,or do sums. he did that too,but from the age of 7,he can remember learning yoga and vedas in his tradition seeped family.
He was tutored under the able guidance of Sri Shivaram Bhat,and later his son Swami Gangadarendra Saraswathi.

He is personally invested in each of his students, and sees the journey as a personal challenge – to take them to the furthest point they can reach. To help each student break boundaries.
Perhaps why he is the sole yoga teacher today who can honestly command almost 100% student retention and loyalty.
