Everyone today is striving to achieve the optimal state of health be it it for the looks or just to feel better. However, physical health is just a small part of WELLNESS.
Wellness is a process that involves awareness and making choices towards a healthy and full-filling life not just at the physical level but also at a mental level.
To look better and feel better, one must start thinking positively and put a plan in place. And ofcourse most importantly ACT on that plan.
As a nutritionist I believe in tailor-made nutrition, understanding the right needs of different people, and devise a plan that is easy to incorporate in daily life to achieve the goal of WELLNESS
