Hi, I’m Neha! After struggling with being over 30 kilograms overweight and losing it all, I now help people achieve a health goal. I look at why it is you are unable to achieve your goals, and attack the internal blocks head on. I know and understand the pain of living in a body you don’t like, and the associated behaviors such as binge eating and emotional eating that come with it. We clear out all these self destructive patterns, and work across diet and exercise, emotional, mental patterns and energetic fields of the body to achieve one’s peak state.
Prior to delving into a career in health and wellness, I published my own book and worked as an international journalist, interviewing Forbes CEOs while living in New York, Boston, Istanbul, Jakarta, San Francisco, South Africa. I completed my education at the University of Chicago.
