Having learned the classical and traditional paths of yoga in a gurukul system has given me the astute insights about the yogic wisdom which is beyond the body mind complex. My journey of yoga started in my mothers womb, when she started practicing yoga with the yoga institute, mumbai. The intense desire of self enquiry lead me to discover the tremendous hidden potential humans have of self healing by adopting simple techniques from ancient yogic and tantric precepts. My experiences are based on the ardent training i went through under the gurus of Bihar Yoga tradition. And a masters degree in yogic science and alternate therapies confered me with glimses of varied natural therapeutic treatments.
