Prarthana Khot

After having a profound experience at the tender age of 19, Prarthana decided to dedicate her life teaching Yoga and Spirituality.
She has been practicing various types of meditations and Yoga from a very young age. She started teaching even since she was in her Junior College and has been a part of major yoga events in India. She had also taught Yoga and Pranayama to the officers of Indian Army.
After her spiritual experiences she decided to study more about spirituality and hence completely many certifications from Mumbai University and loves to study various spiritual scriptures in there depths.
She is also a qualified Yoga Expert and Therapist from a well recognized yoga school in Mumbai and is fond to teach posture alignment and Pranayama as well.
Prarthana strongly believe in Vivekananda’s quote ‘They alone live, who live for others.’ So she loves to guide people in various aspects of life and along there spiritual path.
