These work from the outside to the inside. In combination to this we use ancient meditation techniques which work inside out. We practice the 420 methodology which can be incorporated with your everyday life seamlessly . It stands for 4 times a week and for 20 mins. This is all we need to give this magical process and harness the wellness we all deserve from our lives.
