"I wasn't quite satisfied with the service, predictions is another thing, I waited since 1:07pm and Snehhji replied to my message around 1:34...see I am also a working man, secondly she was a bit rude, as I formally wanted to introduce myself and she started off asking why did you not put your query and all where I had already asked her "How are you doing", she was not patient enough, I was writing my details and she's pushing me saying "I am asking you for the details" to which I said I was writing down the details, I know I am that much literate to understand, give me a break to process and write things. I felt like she was doing some favor giving me predictions where I had paid well in advance. "
