Vinita Contractor is a Holistic Nutritionist & Lifestyle Coach, and the founder of Down 2 Hearth, a health transformation company devoted to fostering holistic wellness through food and beyond.

She is certified in Holistic Nutrition, Whole Food Plant-Based Wellness Culinary , Nature Cure and Ayurveda Diet from institutes in the US, UK and India. She has been featured several times in publications such as Mumbai Mirror, Midday, Asian Age, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, Live Mint, VeganFirst, LBB etc.

Vinita regularly conducts whole food plant- based cooking workshops such as AyurVegan, Satvic cooking, Fermented Foods, Raw Foods etc.

Though she is based out of Mumbai, she has conducted over 100 workshops and demos in several cities in India, as well as in Indonesia, Singapore and in the UK, working with over 1200 clients, in a span of 3 years.

Vinita also regularly conducts the NEW LIFE SEMINAR which is an offering designed to empower and guide people to lead a vibrant and full life.

Vinita offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs which focus on various aspects of health such as providing a sound health & nutritional foundation, on-going support to her clients, reversing lifestyle diseases such as Cholesterol, Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, PCOS and Thyroid etc.

She also has a YouTube channel where she puts up plant-based recipe videos, easy-to-make substitutes for dairy, useful tips and inspiration for those looking to transition to a plant-based lifestyle.
