I have done bachelor’s of 3 years and Master’s of 2 years in yoga science from University of Patanjali Haridwar and also learnt ancient techniques of asanas Pranayama Which help us to enter in the state of meditation…now I am working as a yoga teacher or yoga therapist…with yoga, naturopathy and acupressure, I have attended almost all types of diseases, disorders or pain and gave them results within committed time….I also took many workshops in different corporate sectors…
YOG:– energy that moves our bodies out prana, directly affects our consciousness and how we choose to use this energy can change who we are. Yoga with us brings you back to the orignal and spiritual essence.
Yog above all it seeks to raise your level of consciousness by reinforrcing the natural effects the yoga postures.
With this , also designed to harmonize your body, mind, and soul. I believe that yog is the only medium through which we can have balance in our lives. My mission is to increase human consciousness through self expansion, de stressing and discovery. It is always suggested to have a regular practice of Yoga.
I have done five years academic course with yoga science and gave results with challenges​ to respected personalities of Gurgaon (India head of HR director of YES Bank, pederson & partner, income tax commissioner, Director of PWC.etc..and various Societies) in my session 100 % of our practice is with breathing that enhances our vital Energy level..
