Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the science of life and was developed thousands of years ago. It was believed that the Gods passed down this knowledge to humans. One of the main principles of Ayurveda is that the body and mind are inextricably connected and that when the mind is brought into balance, it has immense healing power as that balance extends to the body. It is a method of healing the body from illnesses by using a combination of treatments that include detoxification, cleansing, massage, dietary control, herbal medicines, communion with nature, and exercise.
