Sleep Talk Process (also called Sleep Process Talk) is a programme designed for reassuring and soothing children between the age of two to 12 years. The process helps build a positive foundation, building connection, and even addressing targeting issues in children.
Under this process, parents are trained towards whispering positive and encouraging words to their children while they are sleeping. During the first hour of sleep, our subconscious mind is awake, and more receptive. Sleep Talk Process works towards reaching out to the subconscious mind of the child, and 'training' it with positive words.
Some issues that you can tackle with Sleep Talk Process is bedwetting, nailbiting, aggressive behaviour, tantrums, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc.
